1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must return the item within 7 days of delivery.

• A valid proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Digital products

• Downloadable content

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made items

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email/phone.

Your refund will be approved only if the product meets the return criteria.

If approved:

• Refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Refund may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Refund will not be issued if:

• Item is damaged due to customer misuse

• Item is returned without original packaging

• Return request is made after the return window

• Product is non-returnable (mentioned above)

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

• The product is defective

• The item received is different from the order

• The product arrives damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchange support.

4. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If you cancel before shipping, a full refund will be issued.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
